Final Fantasy

It's been awhile, how is....Anyone there!? My God! Where is everyone!? Will I ever see anyone!?

Anyway, something new, something new....right, Final Fantasy is going to be released in 2010 from what square just announced. To which Final Fantasy you wonder, that would be 14. That's right, Square is coming out with Final Fantasy 14 for the PS3 and PC, it a MMORPG to boot. Also, for 360 users, Square did not mention a release for it.

Here's the trailer link, check it out.

PS3 new controller

Sorry for lack of updates, but considering how this blog is crap and no one reads it anyway....

Anyway, news of an upcoming sony PS3 controller has been confirmed to be shown at the upcoming E3. The new controller will be better in motion control and functionality and use LEDs and a webcam to track movement, with reportedly greater accuracy than Nintendo’s version.

Eden of The East

Sorry for a lack of an update, been busy with work, school, and life in general. This is assuming someone is actually following this blog.

Anyway, here's the latest anime I've been watching, it's called "Eden of The East"

Summary: On November 22, 2010 ten missiles strike Japan. However, this unprecedented terrorist act, later to be called as "Careless Monday," does not result in any apparent victims, and is soon forgotten by almost everyone. Then, 3 months later... Saki Morimi is a young woman currently in the United States of America on her graduation trip. But just when she is in front of the White House, Washington DC, she gets into trouble, and only the unexpected intervention of one of her fellow countrymen saves her. However, this man, who introduces himself as Akira Takizawa, is a complete mystery. He appears to have lost his memory. and he is stark naked, except for the gun he holds in one hand, and the mobile phone he's holding with the other hand. A phone that is charged with 8,200,000,000 yen in digital cash.

It's a great anime that's interesting to follow, check it out when you can....What the hell, I made the search even easier for you, here's the first episode to see what I'm talking about

Halo 3 Online The Mobile Spray and Bomb?

The Trick

This trick is for more intermediate players and those confident in their skills. This trick works on most but not all casual players or less, but do this to a smart player and I don't think they'll be able to pry the plasma swords out your rectum. It's very simple and requires four controls on the controller; left analog, right analog, RT, and LT, and you must not be duel wielding or have a two handed weapon, also having a plasma or spike grenade helps, but a frag can be used if you're good at ricocheting. Stand behind a wall by a doorway that you know that other players are on the other side of, move out around the doorway turning your camera keeping the doorway in view and fire at the player(s) as you pass the doorway doing high damage to their shields, this will get their attention. As they make their way towards you, stop moving on the other side of the doorway and immediately look down at the middle of the floor between the walls of the doorway and lob the grenade into the ground when they appear on your radar AS SOON as they appear. They will either rush through and get blown to hell or try to back up and take more damage with which you can finish them off. Note: this trick doesn't include the possibility of you getting shot from behind while attempting it, but if you're clever enough I'm sure you can "make it up as you go along"!

The Info

Yes I have tried this in LAN games and it proved effective, but not full proof. Expert players will know what you're doing or won't care because they can probably headshot you as you try to gun the doorway, but experimentation has to be thrown in somewhere.

Fable 2 Glitch'Its 1

The Glitch

This glitch is incredible! Need something to give you gold? You just need access to 1 quest! Sleeping in the Brightwood Tower Bed. I know this sounds odd but check this out. Note: Your Fable 2 MUST NOT have the updates for this to work, if you want to, look up the method to removing updates from your 360 and try this (Note: This may not work if you got the updates AFTER doing the quest). Alright, minus updates, disconnect from Xbox live and log in to your profile, pop in Fable 2 and play, go to brightwood tower once you own it and have unlocked the quest for sleeping in the bed. Go to the top of the tower and go to sleep and you'll go to the nightmare world where "Chesty" is. Complete the quest like normal and claim the diamond of sorrow then save and quit. Reconnect to Xbox live and restart the game and update it, look in your quests and you should have that quest again, but already have the diamond of sorrow. Go back to the bed and sleep again and the quest will have restarted and when you finish you'll get yet ANOTHER diamond of sorrowl. These sweet pieces of beauty have a price of 100,000 selling for 50,000 or more a piece. Another bonus to this is if you do the quest for albions most valuable gem (Umbregothil or something of that manner) then after updating (if you chose to give up the gem) you'll get it back minus fighting the hollow men

The Info

I ran upon this glitch by accident, like most glitches, because I don't have a constant connection to xbox live so I had done these quests prior to updating and this was the result. It may or may not work if you already got the update before completing these quests, but only experimentation will tell!

The Explanation

Why this happens after updating I don't know, but I think it causes a reset in your save data in which the update was applied as to fix a problem and keep your data from corrupting or being unusable or something along those lines, that's my theory anyway.

The Last Remnant: Tips and Tricks 1

Last Remnant is a different game, the battle system can be tricky and can sometimes be hard to get used to for new players and the fast pace can get confusing so here are a few tips to get started!

Alright, starting with the world outside of battle; once you get a chance to move around in the game after the prologue you should take the time to get used to judging distances, trust me it really helps. Take the time to work out the distance between you and various objects in the town before hitting the field, standing away from something and counting 1,001 and reaching it after counting, this is about the distance of the radius in which your circle for initiating battle is and this will help keep you from getting ambushed or accidentally aggro-pulling the enemie(s). Try a higher count from further away to get more accurate (1002, 1001, or 1003, 1002, 1001 and so on until you stop at the object on or after fnishing counting). After you get this accurately enough then try it out on the field. Once you feel you got enough practice there then you're gonna wanna learn a way to spot enemies you can't see because let's face it, your camera shows one area and when you have your eyes set on an enemy that map isn't even crossing your mind! This is where a trick comes in; pay attention to sounds and pick out your characters footsteps to a monsters and such and soon enough you'll be starting battles even when enemies are lunging at you on the field. This is a bit tricky to get used to, but it worksand is even more useful with surround sound. Now don't forget your map though because enemies show up on it when they are chasing you, but also mind that the map isn't very accurate so judging distance with it is difficult. Returning to judging distance, If you can learn to judge distance from the monsters point of view rather than your own then you will be able to initiate battles effectively even when your are being charged by the enemy instead of the other way around or even from both sides. That's it for now, next Tips and tricks I'll cover battles.

Batman and Final Fantasy

What's up!?

Anime Reveiw of the....whatever, depends on my mood: Valkyria Chronicles

This anime is based off the game. It shows great promise from the two episodes I watched and the story is just as strong as the game. The animation also takes notes from the game with a great soundtrack to back it up. Watch it when you can, i can say you won't be disappointed if you enjoyed the game.

Also, sorry for the late reply from myself, I've been very busy. I'll update what I can and keep you guys up to date with whatever I can get info on.

I'll bring an update to the new Dissidia: Final Fantasy for PSP coming out this 08/31/09 when I get more info on it. (I have the info, just kinda lazy to post it)
